At Mojo Motors, we sell used cars and there are some really great models to be had right now, like this Mercury Milan or Subaru Outback. The thing is, there are other great cars we love, but can’t include in our listings because they’re still concepts or too brand-spanking new. That’s why we share these vehicles in our segment, “Cool used car of the future.” This week we are featuring the Cadillac Ciel convertible.
The car has been turning heads since mid-August when it was unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours D’Elegance, an annual gathering of really nice cars and really rich people. The four-seat convertible has got a twin-turbocharged V6 engine spitting out 425 horsepower, a set of 22″ wheels and even a humidor for the cigar aficionado. The Cadillac Ciel is still currently a concept and like the Cadillac Sixteen will probably never see a dealership, but that won’t stop anyone from hoping. It makes people wonder though, if Cadillac was willing to build a rear-endless Seville or a glorified Chevrolet Malibu with the Catera, why not build the Ciel? The world may never know.
