  • What is Mojo Motors?
    Mojo Motors is a website that helps used car shoppers find used cars and trucks at local dealerships.
  • What makes Mojo Motors different than other auto websites?
    On Mojo Motors, you can ‘Follow' the cars you like and receive alerts anytime prices change, cars are sold or new cars that match your search are added. Some dealerships even offer an exclusive discount to shoppers who use Mojo Motors. Seeing your alerts is easy, just click the 'My Cars' link at the top of the website.
  • What do I get if I sign up on Mojo Motors?
    Signing up lets you ‘Follow' cars you like at local dealerships. When you ‘Follow' a car, Mojo will alert you via email when the price drops, the car is sold or new cars that match your search are added. This way, you don't have to keep checking the website. The only way to 'Follow' cars and get price drops is by signing up. If you're not into getting price drop alerts or emails about cars you're 'Following,' just unsubscribe in your account settings and see your alerts on the ‘My Cars' page.
  • Is it free?
    Yes! Signing up and using Mojo Motors is absolutely 100% free and it will be forever and ever and ever.
  • What do I get by signing up?
    Mojo Motors partners with dealerships to offer discounted prices on used cars and trucks. Some dealerships offer a discount and some don't. Dealerships that do offer discounts prices you see on our website are the lowest online. You are also able to ‘Follow' your favorite cars and get alerts whenever prices drop or cars that match your search are added to the website.
  • What is the 'My Cars' page?
    'My Cars' is the totally personalized part of the website where you can see alerts on the cars you're 'Following'. The tabs along the top of the My Cars page let you see the cars you're 'Following', the cars that have dropped in price or the cars that have been sold since your last visit. You're also able to see all the cars you recently viewed.
  • Will I get spam or junk mail?
    No, never! The only emails Mojo Motors will send you is when dealerships lower prices on cars you're 'Following', cars you're 'Following' are sold or cars that match your search are added to our website. You can unsubscribe or change your email setting anytime in your account settings.
  • Is Mojo Motors a dealership?
    Nope. We're a website that partners with dealerships to help car shoppers get discounts, 'Follow' cars and get alerts when prices change, cars are sold or new cars are added.
  • What's the Mojo Voucher?
    If you like the price you see on the Mojo Motors website and don't want to negotiate, just print out the Mojo Voucher by clicking the link you see next to price on every vehicle's page. The Mojo Voucher means the price you see is locked in and you won't have to negotiate price at the dealer. Take note, the Mojo Voucher does not include registration or taxes.
  • Is the price negotiable?
    Each dealership handles price negotiation differently, but most are willing to help Mojo Members find a great deal. If you like the price you see on the Mojo Motors website, just print out the Mojo Voucher and hand it to a car salesman at the dealership. There will be no haggling necessary.
  • Does Mojo Motors offer financing?
    We don't, but the dealerships we work with usually offer financing. Send the dealer a message or give them a call and ask about their financing options. You'll probably need to fill out an application and then wait to hear back from them to find out if you're approved.
  • What's my password?
    After you sign up for a free account, Mojo Motors sends you a welcome email with your username (email address) and a system-generated password. We recommend changing your password to something you'll easily remember by going into your account settings.
  • Where are my account settings?
    If you're logged into Mojo Motors, you can access your account settings by clicking on your name in the top right of any page. A drop down menu will appear with a link to your account settings and the email settings page.
  • I can't sign up, is my email address already being used?
    Maybe you signed up for an account on Mojo Motors and forgot. Don't worry about it. Just click the “Reset Password” link so an email with instructions on how to sign in are sent to you. Sometimes the email takes 10 to 15 minutes to send so please be patient. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder just in case.
  • Why can't I see pictures or information on Mojo Motors?
    You're probably using an old web browser like Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8. Our website doesn't support these browsers and we recommending updating your browser or downloading Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Do dealerships see my information?
    Dealerships will only see your name and email if you send them a message. Until you send them a message, you are shopping privately and completely anonymous. All your information is kept confidential and will never be sold or distributed.
  • Why haven't I received a response from the dealership?
    If a dealer doesn't respond within 48 hours, please let us know. We will gladly give them a ring and make sure you hear back from them immediately.
  • How do I deactivate email alerts?
    You can unsubscribe from all Mojo Motors emails in email settings.
